THE
SYSTEM.

Welcome to Typace — a blog platform founded by two middle school students, dedicated to sharing technology, life, and thoughts.

Our Story

Typace was born out of an accidental conversation. While discussing programming homework during a break, MRCHE and terryzhang realized that they were both tired of generic blog themes and longed for a place to freely record the little moments of their learning journey. So we decided to build our own space from scratch — clean, lightweight, and with a touch of youthful spirit.

Currently, the Typace theme is under active development, but we can’t wait to share it with you. Every button and every margin you see has been carefully tweaked — though it's far from perfect, we believe that imperfection is where growth begins.

Why “Typace”?

The name blends Type (writing, typing) with Pace (rhythm, speed). We hope that here, words can flow naturally to the rhythm of our hearts — not chasing trends, not piling up jargon, but recording genuine technical practice, life insights, and occasional bursts of imagination.

Our Belief

The value of technology lies in sharing and spreading it.

This line appears at the bottom of every Typace page. For us, blogging isn’t about becoming a “guru”; it’s about honestly sharing the frustration of debugging, the joy of understanding a paper, and the excitement of discovering a great tool — telling those stories to as many people as possible. If you gain even a little inspiration from our posts, Typace has found its purpose.

About the Authors

MRCHE
Loves tinkering with LLMs and front-end animations. Recently obsessed with solving the last math problem (#25) of Shanghai’s high school entrance exam, as well as basic self-enrollment and competition problems. Catchphrase: “Just one more refactor — the last one, I promise.”

terryzhang
Enjoys back-end architecture and database tuning, and occasionally writes essays. Believes firmly that “a good blog is crafted with a keyboard, not stacked with frameworks.”

What’s Next?

  • Improve the Typace theme
  • Publish at least 4 original technical articles + 1 personal essay every month
  • Open‑source the theme (first stable release expected after the 2026 high school entrance exam)
